All appointments require a non-refundable reservation fee to secure your time.
This fee:
Goes toward your total service
Secures your appointment slot
Compensates for lost availability if canceled

CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING
I require a minimum of 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Less than 48 hours → reservation fee is forfeited
Same-day cancellations or no-shows → 100% of the service may be charged to the card on file. No exceptions.

I do not offer refunds on services rendered. However, I stand behind my work and offer: One adjustment within 7 days of your appointment if needed. After 7 days, any changes will be considered a new service.

This allows me to assess your hair and create a customized plan.
CARD ON FILE AUTHORIZATION
By booking, you authorize me to keep a card on file and charge it for:

No-shows
Remaining balances (if applicable)

By booking, you agree not to dispute or charge back any payments for:
